Last weekend of boiling?

Here at the sugarhouse we will be bottling batch #8 today.  We had a pretty chilly start this morning, but this afternoon’s temps seem promising and the sap is flowing.  We hope to have enough in another hour to start up the evaporator & a new batch of syrup!
