As we move into the last few weeks of the sugaring season, we now have 9 varieties to offer, each with it’s own unique sweetness & flavor. The old grading system  was solely based on the color of the syrup. The newest system now in use incorporates both color & flavor, all under the canopy of Grade A Syrup. 

  

Golden Color – Delicate Taste

Amber Color – Rich Flavor

Dark Color – Robust Flavor

Very Dark – Strong Flavor

 Sugaring Weather Weekend!

We are ready for Round 2!

The sap is flowing and we will be boiling throughout the weekend. Stop by for a visit, taste different batches and see how syrup is made!  Saturday 10-5.  Sunday Noon-5.
