I had a request to post a delicious & easy Maple Vinaigrette Dressing made using this flavorful syrup. One tablespoon of Dijon Mustard can be substituted for the dry mustard and vinegar of your choice. I use Tarragon Wine Vinegar. This dressing is delicious on fresh spring greens or baby spinach!
