Special Request: Maple Vinaigrette Dressing Recipe

We had a very busy day at the Sugarhouse yesterday. It was so nice to welcome many new customers, along with our faithful returnees!

Batch #11, a  dark & robust syrup, was very popular.

I had a request to post a delicious & easy Maple Vinaigrette Dressing made using this flavorful syrup.  One tablespoon of Dijon Mustard can be substituted for the dry mustard and vinegar of your choice. I use  Tarragon Wine Vinegar. This dressing is delicious on fresh spring greens or baby spinach!  Enjoy!  http://gonewengland.about.com/od/maplerecipes/r/recmpledressing.htm
