Happy New Year to All! Now that the holidays have come and gone, our family is looking forward to the quiet month of January. Back to work, school and daily duties but come February, March or somewhere in between the new syrup season will begin. Mother Nature calls the shots and the 2017 season will commence when she gives us the signal!
