This year’s sugaring season was a success and we are happy to announce we’ve had a record year, producing more than 200 gallons of Maple syrup in a six week period.
After experiencing unusually warm weather during February the past two seasons, Mother Nature blessed us with ideal conditions. Our first boil was February 4th and ending with a final boil on March 20.
We have a large selection of syrup ranging from light & sweet to dark & earthy.

This season has continued to surprise us with many starts & stops, cold snaps and snow storms. This week’s upcoming weather pattern looks promising for sugaring 🍁
Warm days with nights below freezing are ideal for sap to flow.
The tree’s root system sends sap up the trunk of the tree to the leaf system. At night, when it’s too cold, the tree senses that it is too early for Spring and all the sap runs back down the tree to the roots. This cycle of cold nights and warm days is when the sap is collected.
