Durham Fair Blue Ribbon Syrup!

It’s tradition that our family enter several batches of syrup in the canning category at the Durham fair. This year Connecticut’s largest agricultural fair celebrated its 100th anniversary!

Batches #1 and #4 were awarded blue ribbons. Both are light & sweet but each have their own unique characteristics. Hints of vanilla or caramel, buttery smooth texture and a delicate maple flavor.
