Sugaring Season 2020

Seven hundred taps were set last weekend in preparation of an early start to this year’s Sugaring Season. Sap started flowing Sunday January 26th and continued through Wednesday, collecting about 500 gallons each day and then boiled that evening.

Colder temperatures moved in Thursday which stopped the sap from flowing but gave us ample time to filter & bottle 19.5 gallons of Batch #1. This sweet & buttery syrup is ready for sale at the Sugarhouse beginning Saturday Feb. 1st 10:00-5:00 & Sunday Feb. 2nd 12:00-5:00
