Do you sell different grades of syrup (light, medium, etc) ??? How about maple cream?
I am interested in pints from your 2021 tapping.

Each season we typically offer an average of ten batches. We micro batch our syrup in order to maintain unique flavors & characteristics during the six week sugaring season. The syrup begins light and sweet, then progresses to medium amber and followed by the darkest syrup made at the very end of the season. We do not produce any other maple products at this time.
We’ve been watching the forecast for next week and it looks like the 2021 season will finally begin.
I will post when we have the first batch of syrup available for purchase.
